EXPERIENCE:

Thomas White has tried approximately 40 cases; many of which were complex matters that took one or more weeks to complete and involved multiple millions of dollars in damages. These cases addressed significant questions in various areas of law, including, construction of contracts, premises liability, race discrimination, products liability, lender liability to farm and ranch borrowers, insurance coverage and civil rights in the workplace.
